Frequently Asked Questions

How much is a deposit and will it be applied toward my season ticket purchase?

Deposits are $50 per seat and will be applied toward your season ticket purchase.

How many deposits can I purchase?

The maximum number of deposits per person is eight.

When will I get to choose my seats?  When will all seat pricing be revealed?

We are currently working with BC Place officials on finalizing an accurate seating structure for the new BC Place Stadium.  Once we have that, we will be able to build out a proper seating map and pricing structure.  We expect this to occur in the Fall 2010.

Will you have different seating options, based on the type of fan experience I wish to have?

Absolutely.  When we announce our seating structure for BC Place, we will also allow fans to seat themselves in sections that reflect the way they like to enjoy a match.  More on this to come.

How does the priority work when the time comes to convert deposits to season ticket purchases?

Current Vancouver Whitecaps FC ticket holders and partners will receive the first priority.  After these groups have selected their seats then the rest of the deposit holders will be served in the order in which they placed a deposit.

When can I find out about mini-packs and group ticket packages?

Mini-packs and group tickets will be available on a very limited basis.  Information on these ticket packages will not be available until 2011.

How can I get more information on suites and hospitality packages?

The new BC Place will feature a range of hospitality options including suites, club seats, and additional soccer-specific hospitality seating.
